Clinic Policies

Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. A $50 fee will be charged for no-shows or short cancellations within this period. Please note that whitening appointments require a $50 deposit, which will be credited towards your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Insurance & Payments:

We accept all insurances, including CDBC, Healthy Smiles, and ODSP. We offer direct billing for your convenience. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify their coverage prior to booking. Any fees not covered by insurance are to be paid upfront by the patient.

Appointment Confirmations:

To ensure your appointment is secured, we send out confirmation texts and calls. If your appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you waive the right to that time slot, and your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Late Policy:

If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled. We ask that you arrive promptly to ensure your treatment can begin on time.

Contact & Hours:

Phone calls, texts, and messages will be answered during our working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Messages received outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day. Please note that holidays may affect these hours.
